Glazed Extension
Our Glass Roof, paired with performance glass and your choice of masonry piers or super-insulated columns, gives your house extension both strength and energy efficiency. It also lets in plenty of natural light and makes the space feel open and impressive.
- Super-insulated columns let you add more glass to your orangery extension while still meeting building regulations.
- Combining super-insulated columns with bi-fold doors gives your extension a modern look.
- A glass roof helps keep your orangery extension comfortable by reducing heat from the sun and holding in warmth. It also helps protect fabrics from fading.
- Every extension comes with at least four large corner columns. We add more in-line columns if your design or extension size requires them.
- The insulated perimeter pelmet is 800mm deep and contains 100mm of mineral fibre insulation.
- You can choose a uPVC, aluminium, or Ultrasky roof for your extension.
- Each structure is engineered to meet the specific requirements of your postcode, so you can feel confident in your choice.
- If you want extra strength and warmth, you can choose brick pillars and walls.
Livinroof Extension
Livinroof house extensions bring together the benefits of both solid and glass conservatory roofs. You can add glazing wherever you like and in any shape, giving you plenty of design options. Livinroof helps make your orangery or extension a real feature in your home.
- Livinroof extensions keep your home warm and meet all Building Regulations, so you can even remove internal doors if you want.
- Every extension includes at least four large corner columns, and you can add more depending on your design and the size you choose.
- The modern Livinroof design looks great with bi-fold or sliding doors.
- You can choose the shape and position of the glazing panels to bring in natural light exactly where you want it.
- Inside, the plastered vaulted ceiling lets you add spotlights or pendant lights.
- Shaped glazing can give your extension a unique and stylish look inside.
- Every extension is carefully engineered to meet the specific requirements of your postcode.
- The Livinroof system has a solid roof with up to 10% glazing, usually including two glass panels.
Ultraroof Extension
Ultraroof house extensions offer the warmth of brick or super-insulated columns, plus a modern, lightweight tiled roof. Inside, you’ll find a vaulted plastered ceiling, and outside, realistic lightweight tiles. You can also add full-glazed panels to let in more natural light and create a standout look.
- The system keeps your home warm and meets all Building Regulations, so you can even remove internal doors if you want.
- Every extension includes at least four large corner columns, and you can add more depending on the style, design, or size you choose.
- A thermally insulated interior pelmet is included to help save energy and give you space for spotlights or speakers.
- Each Ultraroof extension is built to meet the specific requirements of your postcode, so you can count on it to be reliable and give you peace of mind.
- You can choose full-length glass panels to let in as much natural light as possible.
- The Ultraroof solid roof is mostly solid, but you can add up to 10% glass, usually as two glass panels.
