We endeavour to ensure that each and every installation is done to the highest possible standards, by doing every job as we would want it done in our own home. We regularly send out post installation questionnaires to gauge how we have performed and monitor these results closely.

We greatly value the role that our suppliers play in our continued success and look to develop mutually beneficial long term relationships. We also look to use suppliers local to our Head Office in Gloucester, wherever possible and have regard to their ethical and environmental performance.
