How does the March Prize Draw Work?

The Prize Draw is open from 2nd February 2026 until 28^th March 2026 (at 1 pm).

Entry into our March Prize Draw is entirely free. All you need to do is visit our Showroom and Conservatory Village and scan the Promotional QR Code to submit your free entry into the March Prize Draw.

One lucky homeowner will be drawn from the hat on 30th March 2026 and contacted accordingly, and their name will also be published on our website and social media channels.

If you are the lucky homeowner to win the draw, you will have your Composite Door installed completely free (no hidden costs).

1.The Promoter

The promoter is: Glevum Windows Ltd of Broadoak, Newnham on Severn, Gloucestershire, GL14 1JF.

2.The Prize Draw

2.1.The title of the Prize Draw is ‘WIN a fully-fitted Composite Front Door (with a Smart Security Sensor) up to the value of £1,500’.

2.2. Prize draw to WIN a fully-fitted Composite Front Door (with a Smart Security Sensor) up to the value of £1,500, in the form of a contribution towards the purchase of a Composite Door from Glevum Windows by 26^th June 2026.

The door options available to the winner of this Prize Draw are as follows:

• Can be chosen from the following 6 door styles:
  • Carnoustie.
  • Lytham.
  • Sunningdale.
  • Sunburst.
  • Monza II Augusta.
  • Muirfield.
• In one of the following 9 colours:
  • White.
  • Chartwell Green.
  • Green.
  • Red.

The winner will be drawn at random “out of the hat” on 30^th March 2026.

3.How to enter

3.1.Prize Draw Entry dates

The Prize Draw will run from 2nd February 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 28th March 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2.Prize Draw entry deadline

All qualifying entries must be registered at the Glevum Windows and Door Showroom [at the address set out at condition 1] no later than 1:00 pm on the 28^th March 2026. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3.To enter the Prize Draw

Entry into the Prize Draw is free and submitted by the entrant visiting the Glevum Window and Door Showroom and scanning the promotional QR Code to record their draw entry details. The entrant will not incur any additional costs for entry or the running of the Prize Draw by means of increased product pricing or additions to Order. Only one property (installation) address can be submitted.

3.4.The Promoter will not accept:

(a)Prize Draw entries

Responsibility for Prize Draw entries being lost, mislaid, submission errors or delayed registration, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b)Proof of receipt

Proof of submitting the entry, such as screenshots, as proof of receipt of the entry to the prize draw.

3.5.Terms and conditions

By entering this Prize Draw, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the [Supplier] ordering process, if you are the lucky winner.

4.Eligibility

4.1.Prize Draw residents

The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK [aged 18 years or over], and the installation property must be a residential property within a 50-mile radius of Glevum Windows Ltd, GL14 1JF.

4.2.Eligibility to enter

In order to enter the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible and eligible to claim any prize that may be awarded.

5.The prize

5.1.Number of prizes

The prize is to WIN a fully-fitted Composite Front Door (with a Smart Security Sensor) up to the value of £1,500. And one is available to be won.

5.2.Prize substitution

The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

5.3.Prize supplier

The prize is supplied by Glevum Windows Limited (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5.4.The prize is not negotiable.

5.5.Claiming prize

The winner will automatically be issued with the Prize (upon the Prize Draw taking place) and contacted by the Supplier to progress the order, in accordance with the Supplier's Ordering Process.

6.Winners

6.1.Final decision

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.2.Contact the winner

The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date (30^th March 2026), using the telephone number or email address provided with the Prize Draw Entry.

6.3.Publishing winners

The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the surname, county and Prize Draw Entry submission date of the prize winners on its website and social media channels.

6.4.Objections to publication

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7.Claiming the prize

7.1.Claiming the prize

Delivery of the prize is dependent on the Ordering Process and Fitting availability of the Supplier.

7.2.Third-party claims

The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.3.Claiming prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 28 of days of the Announcement Date (30^th March 2026), then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an eligible entrant selected from among those entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.4.Promoter not responsible

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

8.Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.Data protection and publicity

9.1.Personal information

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in their Privacy Policy (https://glevum.co.uk/privacy-policy). See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

10.General

10.1.Breach of terms

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the Prize Draw.

10.2.Promoter's right

If it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw.
