You can get a free, hands-on demonstration of our Smart range, speak with Customer Advisors in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, or simply explore at your own pace.

Question: What is the Smart range and how does it work? Short answer: The Smart range goes beyond standard windows and doors by integrating Kubu Smart Security sensors. These monitor their status in real time and send notifications to your smartphone when a door or window is open, or when a door is unlocked, so you can act immediately. The system also integrates with Alexa and other smart home devices to automate tasks—such as turning on lights when the door opens. You can see it working firsthand at the showroom.

Question: What is the Conservatory Village, and why should I visit? Short answer: Our purpose-built Conservatory Village in Gloucestershire showcases real conservatory designs in authentic outdoor settings. A visit lets you truly experience natural light, spaciousness, and how each design integrates with a garden—insights you can’t get from brochures alone. You can also assess build quality, functionality, robust security features, and how well the designs withstand British weather.

Question: When are you open, and do I need an appointment? Short answer: We’re open six days a week: Monday–Thursday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am–3:30 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm (closed Sundays). We can also open by appointment at other times.
