Both Garden Room styles can be fully customised with full-length windows, insulated side panels, and large integrated fixed glass rooflights to create a unique space.

Garden Rooms by Ultraframe offer excellent thermal performance, making them an ideal solution for enhanced home living. Your new space can serve as a home office, gym, yoga studio, play area, summer house, or more.

The Studio Garden Room:

The Garden Studio features a stylish, contemporary, and compact design, ideal for smaller rooms or gardens. It does not require planning permission, even on a boundary. The Studio has a height of 2500mm and comes fully fitted with a reverse lean-to Livinroof.

If you require additional height, such as for a home gym, The Tall Studio offers a 2900mm height, making it an ideal option.

The Pavilion Garden Room:

The Pavilion is an orangery-style Garden Room that offers a more spacious environment than The Studio. This larger design is suitable for various uses, including a home gym, garden office, play area, or relaxation space. It features four large integrated shaped fixed rooflights in the Georgian style Livinroof, providing ample natural light.

The Premium Pavilion is the most luxurious model in the Ultraframe range. It offers all the benefits of The Pavilion, with insulated inline columns for enhanced thermal performance and style.
